Every Elective is authored and delivered by senior leaders currently running the discipline. Fifteen-plus years of senior commercial work. AI-native in their own work, not in their bio. At least one named outcome in the track record. Teaching is a portion of their week, not their occupation. The day they stop running the work is the day they stop teaching it.
Council
Stress-tests the curriculum before it ships.
Every Elective has a Council member advising the curriculum and calibrating the bar before it lands in front of a buyer. Twenty-plus years of senior commercial work. Currently chairing, leading, or investing at scale. The Council is the check between the founder's instinct and the work landing in front of senior operators who'd notice if it were thin.

The quickest way to lose the trust of a serious senior leader is to pretend to speak for a profession you don’t belong to. The Council exists so every Elective in the catalogue has been stress-tested by someone who has run the work at scale.
No new Elective launches until a Council member has advised the curriculum and a Faculty member is ready to deliver it. That’s the bar.
