Our Faculty are senior leaders running, refining, and growing the discipline they teach. They lead the live work day-to-day and contribute to the curriculum in unison — every framework, template, and module shaped by people still inside the practice.
Academic Council
Architecture, bar-setting, and outcomes.
Our Academic Council oversees and governs the architecture of every program — the bar we set, and the outcomes we commit to delivering to students and cohorts, individually and collectively. The structural check between vision and craft.
What we don’t hire
The principle
The quickest way to lose the trust of a serious senior leader is to pretend to speak for a profession you don’t belong to. The Council exists so every Elective in the catalogue has been stress-tested by someone who has run the work at scale.
No new Elective launches until a Council member has advised the curriculum and a Faculty member is ready to deliver it. That’s the bar.
