Guarantee 1 · application

24-hour application decision — or the Elective is on us.

Every complete application receives an approval or decline decision within 24 hours of receipt. If we miss the window through fault of FutureMBA, the Elective you applied for is provided to you at no cost — your payment authorization is captured at $0 and your access is opened on the spot.

Eligibility. The application must be complete — at minimum, a working email, payment authorization completed via Stripe, and the form fields submitted. The 24 hours runs from the timestamp on our application record.

When the clock pauses. If we need additional information from you to decide and have asked for it, the clock pauses until you reply. If the email address you provided does not function, the clock pauses until contact is re-established. Force-majeure events (regulator action, internet outage, infrastructure provider outage) pause the clock.

How to invoke. If 24 hours pass without a decision and none of the pause conditions apply, email admissions@futuremba.education with your application reference. We honour the promise immediately on receipt.

Limitation. The guarantee applies to the specific Elective applied for — not an unlimited credit, not the Executive Subscription, not a different Elective. The free Elective is granted with the same lifetime access and credential terms as a purchased one.

Guarantee 2 · refund window

30-day full refund. No questions, no negotiation.

Within thirty (30) days of the date your card is captured, you may request a full refund of any Elective or Subscription purchase. We process refunds within five business days to the original payment method. We do not ask why.

Eligibility. Request made within thirty (30) calendar days of capture (not of application). Member account is in good standing (no breach of the Terms of Service).

How to invoke. Email admissions@futuremba.education from the email address on the account, with “refund request” in the subject line. We respond inside one business day.

Limitation. On refund, your access to the refunded Elective(s) is revoked. Templates and worksheets you downloaded before the refund remain yours; they were provided as “yours to keep” when downloaded. The Subscription refund returns the full annual amount only; partial-year refunds are not available outside this 30-day window except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Guarantee 3 · completion

Complete the Elective and feel it didn’t deliver — your next one is free.

If you complete an Elective (curriculum + capstone) and feel it did not deliver what FutureMBA promised on the program page, you may take a second Elective of your choice at no cost.

Eligibility. Three lines.

• ✓You worked through the curriculum and produced the capstone work. We will request evidence (the capstone artefact) on invocation.
• ✓Request is made within thirty (30) days of capstone submission.
• ✓The replacement Elective is from the same six-Elective catalogue, your pick.

How to invoke. Email admissions@futuremba.education with “completion guarantee” in the subject, your capstone artefact attached, and the Elective you’d like to take next. We grant access within one business day.

Limitation. The completion guarantee is invocable once per member per year. It does not include the Executive Subscription. Repeated invocations in obvious bad faith are grounds for refusal and may void future eligibility.
