About FutureMBA
Six MBA-level Electives. Built by people inside industry. AI-native throughout.
No two yearsNo $100k tuitionNo career break
FutureMBA is six MBA-level Electives across the disciplines that decide most outcomes — Commercial, Financial, Strategic, Brand, People, AI. Eighteen named disciplines underneath. Built by senior leaders still running the work, AI-native throughout, calibrated to the call sitting on your desk this week — not a case study from 2014.
These are whole-person programs. The frameworks and templates are the spine — but the work goes deeper. Personal purpose. Fulfilment. Meaning. Contribution. Confidence. Four weeks per Elective. Fifteen modules. A capstone applied to your real business. Start today, apply the work this week — the benefits land immediately, not at graduation.
The MBA frame
The three letters in FutureMBA stand for these. Not the qualification. The methodology.
The named MBA-level frameworks. Written down. Defensible. Eighteen disciplines across the six Electives.
Applied to the call on your desk this week. Not the case study from 2014. The work goes into the work.
What compounds across a career. How you decide, defend, operate — the operating habits that outlast any qualification.
I’m Samuel Leetham. I come from a family of teachers. I built FutureMBA with one big vision — to democratise serious business education. To remove the gate-keeping of dusty old institutions that decide, with a single score from when you were eighteen, who gets to study advertising, who gets to study law, who gets to study commerce. That entire model — of exclusion, of hierarchy, of credential-as-permission — is broken.
FutureMBA is for the self-selecting: the ambitious, the curious, the operators who want credible MBA-level tools, concepts, and frameworks to level up in their career, their business, and their life. The best test of capability isn’t what someone knows — it’s how they apply what they know in the real world. The work itself. The current model removes that layer entirely. We’re trying to help shift education toward something inclusive, focused, and real-world impact-tested.
