About FutureMBA
The world has changed but business education hasn’t. FutureMBA exists to replace the two-year, six-figure, gate-kept model — serious, MBA-level training in the hands of the operators, managers and leaders actually doing the work.
FutureMBA offers six MBA-level Electives across the disciplines that decide most outcomes — Commercial, Financial, Strategic, Brand, People, AI. Each Elective covers three core subjects, with multiple frameworks and templates inside each. Every program is designed and taught by senior leaders still running the work every day, with AI-native and digital-first layers deliberately woven through every element.
FutureMBA is a whole-person program. The frameworks and templates are the spine — the work goes deeper. Alongside building specific capability in each Elective, we explore personal purpose, meaning, fulfilment, contribution, and confidence. Start today, apply the learnings this week.
Three letters, one methodology
The three letters in FutureMBA stand for these — our core methodology and our guiding ethos.
I’m Samuel Leetham. I come from a family of teachers, and I built FutureMBA with one core vision — to democratise serious business education and challenge the dusty, slow-moving, archaic institutions still holding the gate. The old model — of exclusion, of hierarchy, of credential-as-permission — is broken.
FutureMBA is the remedy. We’re for the self-selecting: the ambitious, the curious, the operators, managers, and leaders who want credible MBA-level tools, concepts, and frameworks to level up in their career, their business, and their life. The best test of capability isn’t what someone knows — it’s how they apply what they know in the real world. The work itself. FutureMBA exists to put it back at the centre — business education that’s open, sharp in discipline, and judged by what it changes in your work.
